At arog.health, we strive to provide the best healthcare consultation experience for our users. We understand that there may be instances where users may need to request a refund for various reasons. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. Consultation Fees

Refunds for consultation fees will be granted under the following conditions:

- The consultation was not provided due to technical issues on arog.health's side.
- The doctor was unable to attend the appointment, and no alternative arrangement was provided.
- The consultation was canceled by the doctor.

1.2. User-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds for user-initiated cancellations will be considered based on the following conditions:

- Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- No refund if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Procedure to Request a Refund

2.1. Submitting a Refund Request 

Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the scheduled consultation date. To request a refund, users should:

- Go to the "My Appointments" section in the arog.health app.
- Select the appointment for which you want to request a refund.
- Click on "Request Refund" and provide the necessary details.

2.2. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days. Users will be notified of the status of their refund request via email.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

3.1. Completed Consultations

Refunds will not be provided for consultations that have been completed, except in cases where the consultation was significantly impacted by technical issues attributable to arog.health.

3.2. No-Show by User

If a user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior cancellation, no refund will be granted.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of exceptional circumstances not covered by the above policies, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team at kunjanp@argusoft.com to discuss their situation. arog.health will review such cases on an individual basis.

5. Amendments to the Refund Policy

arog.health reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through updates to the app or via email.
